Fifty Shades of Grey

I’ve heard and read a lot of review about this trilogy of erotic fiction. I even saw a spoof reading of the novel by Ellen DeGeneres. It was quite funny. There were mix reviews about the books, so I was hesitant to buy it. In the end, I succumbed and bought the first volume of the trilogy.

I ended up reading all 3 books within 6 days! It was quite engaging and surprised in the turn of the stories. It is not lame like a typical erotic fictions.

Will I recommend it? Possibly if there’s nothing else to read. 🙂

  1. OMG! I just finished the trilogy too! I wish they’d go easy on the erotic bit. It’s too in the face. Now I want Christian Gray!

  2. Ooh lala! I saw the book on sale in the shops and was wondering if I should buy it. Somehow am a bit embarrassed to be buying erotic literature. Hee hee.

  3. Haha! I am almost done with the last book too. And shhhhh!! DK doesn’t know what I am reading on my Kindle..

I thought I was ‘kinky’ to be reading it..but glad to know you and Azura read it too!

Apparently, I just realised the author got her inspiration from Twilight and to see the similarity between Christian Grey and Edward now..too perfect to be true..LOL!

  4. Hi dear ladies suddenly remembered this blog and popped over to visit! Glad to hear the adventures continue.

I too read the trilogy after hearing about it everywhere. It’s one of the top books in mph, not sure why not sensored… Hehe… Anyway, liked the first but by the 2nd and 3rd was bored.

Anyone going around biting their lips now? :p
