Best & Worse training ever

Last week I was in Amsterdam for a training related to an area which I would like to specialised in. I went into the training not knowing what it was all about. The title of the training certainly did not fit the training contents.

The training was very challenging… majority of the time we were all put in a difficult situation and had to learn how to get ourselves out of the ‘situation’. That was part of the role play the trainers did.

Every night we had ‘homework’, working almost to 10-11pm to prepare for the next day’s presentation.

Although we had to do some much, I think that’s the most effective way to learn. It is quite boring to just sit and listen to other ppl talk.

I am glad to say that I am still looking at learning more things to better myself.
